Fast food cafes are becoming more and more popular nowadays, especially among teenagers. But have you ever thought how fast food affects your health?
On the one hand, fast food is very convenient, because you do not have to wait for a long time until your food is prepared. It is especially useful for people who do not like to cook. Besides, fast food is rather inexpensive, which is very important for teenagers who usually do not have much pocket money. Moreover, there are a lot of fast food restaurants such as McDonalds, Rostiks and so on all over the world so you may be sure that you will have good quality meal in almost every country.
On the other hand, this kind of food is not nutritious because it is high in fat, which is believed to be one of the major causes of obesity and heart disease. What is more, it is loaded with calories because fries, burgers, nuggets and other items you can find at fast food establishments are usually three times larger than the amount you should be consuming. In addition, fast food may be addictive as the high levels of salt and sugar content found in most fast food items cause the brain to seek them out.
To sum up, we can say that fast food is rather harmful for our health so it is better to eat healthy food at home. But so many men so many minds and everybody should make his own choice whether to eat fast food or healthy food.

Fast food cafes are becoming more and more popular nowadays, especially among teenagers. Some people believe that it is harmful for our health while others claim that fast food is a really good thing when you don't have tame for cooking.Both sides have their reasons. Let's consider them.
As for me, I guess that eating fast food is not a good and healthy habit. In fast food there are usually fried products and there are a lot of calories in them. Therefore you can become fat. Moreover, fried products can cause different illnesses like obvesity or heart disease because of high levels of solt in it.
But other people believe that fast food is really a great thing. It goes without saying that this kind of food is inexpencive and really fast. In other words, you don't need to think about cooking, so you have more free time. What is more, you can get it in every McDonalds or other fast food cafes or just call there and they will bring your food home. However, people with this point of view don't think about their body.
All in all, I think that fast food products have a harmful influence on our health. Nevertheless, so many men so many minds and everyone should make his own choice whether to eat fast food or healthy food.
